"I cannot thank you enough for rescheduling your day to come and fix my urgent water issue. The smell was disgusting and foul and as it's our main water supply to the house, the situation was a desperate one. Unfortunately it was such short notice I was in a bit of a dilemma. This is my drinking, bathing and everything else water. Your prompt and efficient service to remove the offending matter and clean the tank was such a relief. I would have been stuck all weekend with no water as it was obvious with the smell that something was seriously wrong. I thank you so much.
